    If a sales order contains a product that Picqer does not yet recognise, the integration may create the product during synchronisation. This depends on your setup and the product information available in Exact Online.

  3. Share inventory movements

    When stock changes in the warehouse, Picqer records the movement. The connection can then send the relevant transaction to Exact Online, helping you align warehouse activity with your administration.

  4. Share goods receipts

    When 4Fill receives new stock, our team registers it in Picqer. Next, the integration can pass the goods receipt to Exact Online for administrative processing.

  5. Connect purchase orders

    For purchase orders, you can choose whether Picqer or Exact Online leads the process. The connection can then share the purchase order with the other system according to that choice.

    As a result, 4Fill can manage daily fulfilment in Picqer while your organisation manages its financial administration in Exact Online. The extensive integration requires a suitable Exact Online Trade licence and an appropriate configuration.
