Our WMS (Warehouse Management System) is linked to Returnless, a specialized return portal that is also directly linked to Bol.com.
Please note: this link entails extra costs, which you pay directly with returnless.

The advantages at a glance:

  • Returns are processed on average 44% faster
  • Return costs are on average 30% lower than when using the standard method of Bol.com
  • Unnecessary returns are automatically stopped based on your own return conditions

The biggest advantage is that we can easily link returns to the original order. This ensures:

  • Accurate administration
  • Clear insight into our WMS which orders have been returned
  • Information on how we assessed the condition of the product
  • insight into whether the product has been put back in stock or has been debited

Returnless + Bol.com Integration

By linking returnless to Bol.com Offer your customers a seamless return experience and get valuable data in the returnless platform.
The link includes:

  • Importing return data from Bol.com
  • Retrieving order data from Bol.com
  • Marking returns as received in Bol.com
  • Refunding customers directly via the returnless dashboard with the option ‘Complete return’

Returnless is especially interesting if you process more than 100 returns per month.

The alternative: standard return method of Bol.com

You can also use the standard return method of Bol.com. In that case we only receive a bol.com return number, which means that we unfortunately cannot link the return to a specific order in our WMS.

In that case:

  • we register a general return based on the bol.com return number
  • You still have to mark the return manually as received in your bol.com sales account

We offer both options – you choose what fits best.
