We handle both letterbox mail (<20g), letterbox packages (<2kg), and parcels up to 23kg. Depending on the size and weight, the appropriate shipping method is applied.
What are the cut-off times for shipping?
Letterbox mail and letterbox packages: until 4:30 PM, parcels: until 11:00 PM. Orders placed before these times are processed the same day.
